How we hire

Three steps. No coding gauntlet.

  1. 01A short written exchange about something you've built and why.
  2. 02A real take-home tied to a real Arbiter or Sakhi problem.
  3. 03A working session with two team members. We talk through your take-home together.

  • A research budget for conferences and tooling. We send people to NeurIPS and ICWSM.
